THOMAS HASTINGS
Thomas Hastings, a native of Punxsutawney, died Wednesday in the Cumberland Maryland Hospital. He was about 65 yearsof age.
Mr. Hastings, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hastings, was married to the late Rosella Reid, also a Punxsy native. They formerly had resided in Sharon and for the past 10 years he had been residing in Cumberland. He devoted his adult life to the men's clothing business. Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Paul Bosely and a granddaughter of Cumberland.
Mr. Hastings was a nephew of the late Mrs. W. J. McKnight, Mrs. Woodrow Montgomery and Mrs. Louis Raffetto, all former Punxsy residents.
Funeral services will be held in Cumberland Saturday morning and graveside services will be held about 12:30 P.M. in the Circle Hill Cemetery in Punxsutawney.

THOMAS HASTING RITES AT 1:30 O'CLOCK TODAY
Graveside services for Thomas Hastings will be held in the Circle Hill Cemetery in Punxsutawney this afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. Mr. Hastings, a native of Punx'y and husband of the late Rosella Reid, also of Punx'y, died Wednesday in Cumberland, Md. Services were held this morning in Cumberland and the body will be brought here for burial about 1:30 P.M.
