Mrs. Nick Tadsen Succumbs Today
Death separated one of the area's longest married couples today when Mrs. Dorothea (Dora) Tadsen, 82, wife of Nick Tadsen of 317 Jackson Street, died at 7:30 A.M. in Magruder Hospital. Although she had been in failing health, Mrs. Tadsen was hospitalized only since last Friday when she suffered a broken hip in a fall at her home. Surviving are her husband, Nick, aged 91; two daughters Mrs. Robert (Kathryn) Sharp and Mrs. Leslie (Eunice) Rader of Niles; a sister, Mrs. Charles Schmitt of Port Clinton, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was a member of Harp Rebekah Lodge, St. John Lutheran Church and its Sewing Circle.
