Clark (known as Mack) and Mabel were married in Leechburg, PA because they wanted to be married by Reverend Good who was formerly the Presbyterian minister in Rossiter and Punxsutawney according to Vivian Doney Reid.

C.B. MCLAUGHLINS CELEBRATE 25TH WEDDING DATE.
Mr. and Mrs. Clark B. McLaughlin entertained at a 6 o'clock buffet supper in their home on East Mahoning St. Saturday evening in celebration of their 25th wedding anniversary.
The former Mabel Reed, of this place, and Clark McLaughlin, of Carlisle, were united in marriage January 6, 1932 in Leechburg. They have lived their entire married lives in this city, where Mr. McLaughlin owns and operates Mack's Automotive Supply on South Gilpin St.
The couple have two sons, Richard, freshman student at Grove City College, and David, student at William & Mary College in Williamsburg , Va., and one daughter, Sharyn, who attends the Punxsutawney Area High School. Approximately 60 local friends and neighbors were present to help the McLaughlins mark the occasion. Mr. and Mrs. William Sutter , of Indiana, were out-of-town guests.
