Elizabeth Bobo's Will: In the name of God, Amen. I. Elizabeth Bobo of the County of Prince William and State of Virginia, being of weak body, but of sound mind and memory, thanks be to God, do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament. Imprimis, I bequeath my Soul to God and give it trusting through the merits of Jesus Christ forgiveness of my sins and a Joyful Resurrection, and my body to be decently enterrred at the descretion of my Executor. I desire my just debts may be paid as soon as possible after my Decease and just methods be used for the speedy recovery of the debts due to me.
--Item, I give and bequeath to my grandson Duglass Conner, his Heirs or assigns forever all the estate now in my possession or that may hereafter come to me by any way whatsoever. And further it is my will that if I should be entitled to any part of my Brother Charles Garner's Estate who lately died in the State of Maryland, that my Grandson above named shall have the same to be his legal right and his Heirs forever.
And lastly I constitute and appoint my Grandson Douglass Conner to be my Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament . In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and Seal on this 16th day of January 1813. Signed, sealed, and acknowledged in the presence of us.

At a Court of Quarterly Sessions Continued and held for Prince William County June 8th 1813. This last will and testament of Elizabeth Bobo, dec'd was presented to the Court and being proved by the oath of John Kincheloe and Thomas Wells is ordered to be recorded. Teste Phil. D. Daws Co. Cur.
At a Court Cont'd and held for Prince William County May 3rd 1814, Douglas Conner the Executor named in the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Bobo, dec'd came into Court and made oath to the same, aiming (?) to have and having taken the Oath of an Executor and performed what is usual in such cases, Certificate is granted him for obtaining a probate thereof in due form.
