Ann Lee is buried just off U. S. Route 50 in Athens County, Ohio, just across from The Weaver's Chapel near Hebbardsville. When we were there, there were people living in the Weaver's Chapel. There is a cemetery next to the Chapel, but the Bolen Cemetery is just across the road. The entrance is from U. S. Route 50. Grave stones are in poor shape. The birth and death dates on this form are taken from her tombstone.
These are notes from Susan Sharp; I believe her description of the location of Weaver Chapel is incorrect. This may be a more accurate description: "Two miles southwest of Albany, U.S. 50 bears west as it diverges from State Route 32 and the Appalachian Highway. Another two miles from this point, the highway leaves Athens County and enters Vinton County. Almost immediately, there is an old road remnant to discover. On the northeast side of the present highway is a roadway now shown either as Brooks Road or Township Highway 22. It is about one mile in length and terminates at the old Weaver Chapel."
